The City Clerk's office maintains all formal records of the City of Belvidere including, but not limited to, ordinances, resolutions, agreements, accounts payable and vital records.  The City Clerk's office is the face of the City serving as the receptionist for City Hall, processing Freedom of Information Act requests and serving as the ADA coordinator for the City.

MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE NOTICES
Pursuant to 735 ILCS 5/15-1503 and 735 ILCS 5/15-1508, Notices of Foreclosure for residential real estate mortgages on property located within the corporate limits of the City of Belvidere, Illinois shall be sent to the following address:
